Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of supervisor support and work life balance on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research was conducted on 156 employees of PT Jamkrindo Jakarta. The analytical method used is quantitative. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant effect of Supervisor Support on Job Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of Supervisor Support on Organizational Commitment. There is a negative and significant effect of Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction.   There is a negative effect of Work Life Balance on Organizational Commitment. There is a positive and significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. There is a positive and significant influence of Supervisor Support on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction. . There is a negative and significant effect of Work Life Balance on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction.  So this means that an increase in Work Life Balance will affect a decrease in Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction.
