The research uses a quantitative approach, namely by distributing questionnaires. The population in the study were all active students at SMKN 48 Jakarta and sampling in this study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with sample calculation using the Hair formula, so the minimum sample was 240 students. The data analysis technique used consists of an outer model and an inner model using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of this research show that there is a strong influence on the use of social media on knowledge sharing with an f-square value of 0.393. High use of social media will influence students to share knowledge because the development of information available on social media has a wide scope. The results of this research reveal that the use of social media, knowledge sharing and intrinsic motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on creativity.
